Role Overview

We are looking for energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Executives who are passionate about fashion and sales. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting sarees, provide excellent service, achieve sales targets, and represent brand at exhibitions held across different cities.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide a personalized shopping experience.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable sarees and collections.
- Demonstrate product features, fabric quality, weaving techniques, and pricing.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Assist customers with billing, packaging, and after-sales support.
- Maintain product displays, stock arrangements, and overall showroom presentation.
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Participate in exhibitions, pop-up stores, and promotional events conducted by Atharva.
- Travel to exhibition venues across Karnataka and other states as required.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Maintain professionalism and represent the Atharva brand at all times.

Requirements




- 0–3 years of experience in retail sales, textile, jewellery, apparel, or fashion retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to travel frequently for exhibitions and promotional events.
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays during exhibition schedules.
- Basic computer skills and billing system knowledge are an added advantage.
