Role Description This full-time, on-site Retail Store Manager role is based in Karur.

The Retail Store

Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and adherence to company policies and procedures. The role involves driving sales performance, monitoring key metrics, and implementing visual merchandising and promotional activities to align with brand standards.



The manager will ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction by coaching the team, managing customer queries and escalations, and maintaining a welcoming store workplace.

Responsibilities also include inventory control, cash handling, retail loss prevention measures, and reporting on store performance to regional management.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on delivering a premium in-store experience.
- Proficiency in Store Management, including team leadership, daily operations, merchandising, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, coaching team members, and collaborating with regional and corporate stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including stock control, shrink management, and compliance with safety and security procedures.
- Prior experience in retail store management, preferably in apparel or lifestyle brands.
- Ability to analyze sales data, manage KPIs, and take action to improve performance.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
