The Role

BHPC is looking for a results-driven Project Manager – Retail Store Fit-Out to lead the end-to-end execution of new store openings, renovations, and retail expansion projects. The role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with BHPC brand standards and quality requirements.

Key Accountabilities

· Manage the complete lifecycle of retail fit-out projects from planning to store handover.

· Coordinate with architects, contractors, landlords, mall management, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

· Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

· Oversee site surveys, construction, MEP works, fixture installation, signage, and final store setup.

· Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, statutory requirements,



safety standards, and quality expectations.

· Conduct regular site visits, track progress, resolve issues, and mitigate project risks.

· Manage contractor performance, negotiate costs, and approve project-related invoices.

· Prepare project status reports and ensure successful on-time store openings

Experience & Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in Project Management roles within fashion & lifestyle brands.
- Proven experience delivering multiple retail projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience in fashion / apparel / footwear preferred.
- Expertise in AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
- BOQ preparation and cost control
- Store rollout and expansion projects
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max preferred

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
