Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, achieving sales targets, explaining products, and maintaining an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in the retail store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
- Generate sales through effective communication and product demonstrations.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain proper product displays and merchandising.
- Check product availability and coordinate with the inventory team.




- Support billing and other store operations when required.
- Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Follow company sales and customer-service policies.

Eligibility
- 10th / 12th / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to work towards sales targets.
- Tamil communication is preferred.
