Department: Sales

Reports To: Store In-Charge / Floor In-Charge

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.

- Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their preferences, occasion, and budget.

- Explain product features, quality, pricing, offers, and available options.

- Present products professionally and provide appropriate suggestions.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store sales.

- Maintain proper arrangement and display of products in the assigned section.

- Ensure the sales area is neat, organized, and customer-friendly.

- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

- Assist with billing, packing, and order handover when required.

- Check product availability and coordinate with the store/inventory team.

- Handle products carefully and maintain proper product placement.

- Follow up on customer requirements and support repeat sales.





- Collect and communicate customer feedback to the Store In-Charge.

- Coordinate with team members for smooth daily operations.

- Follow company policies, uniform, grooming, attendance, and workplace standards.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 10th/ Higher Secondary qualification.

- 0–3 years of experience in retail/textile sales is preferred.

- Freshers with good communication and customer-handling skills may also be considered.
