About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Retail Associates / Procurement Associates to join our team at Vikhroli, Mumbai. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, supporting vehicle sales/procurement activities, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

 Handle customer interactions and understand their vehicle requirements.

 Support the retail/sales process and assist customers throughout their journey.

 Coordinate vehicle procurement activities and follow up with potential sellers.

 Evaluate customer/vehicle information as per defined processes.





 Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, inspections and vehicle movement.

 Maintain accurate records and update information in company systems.

 Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets.

 Ensure a high-quality customer experience.

 Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.

 Follow company SOPs, policies and compliance guidelines.

Requirements

 Graduate in any discipline.

 0–2 years of experience; freshers are welcome to apply.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 Robust customer-handling and negotiation skills.

 Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

 Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

 Candidates who are passionate about the automotive industry will be preferred.
