Job Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Lead and supervise the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales, revenue, food cost, wastage and restaurant profitability.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, grooming and performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels and timely procurement.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Ensure SOPs and company policies are followed at the outlet.
- Train, coach and develop team members for better performance.
- Coordinate with the HR and Operations teams for manpower requirements and employee-related matters.




- Prepare and maintain daily operational and sales reports.

Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in restaurant/QSR operations.
- Experience in managing a team and handling restaurant operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of food safety, inventory and cost control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Candidates with QSR/restaurant experience will be preferred.
