Role Description The Restaurant Manager role at JYOTI PLACEMENTS SERVCE is a full-time, on-site position based in Siliguri, with a salary up to 22K.

Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, shift planning, and adherence to service standards. This role involves managing food and beverage service, ensuring quality and consistency, and maintaining hygiene and safety protocols.

Manager will handle customer interactions, resolve concerns, and work to improve overall customer satisfaction and repeat business. Additional responsibilities include coordinating hiring needs with placement services, monitoring inventory, supporting basic budgeting and cost control, and preparing regular performance reports.

Qualifications

- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to handle guest feedback professionally and build long-term relationships.
- Experience in Hiring and team supervision,



including interviewing, onboarding, and supporting staff performance and development.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests, team members, and management.
- Practical knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding, service standards, and basic hygiene and safety practices.
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Supervisor, or similar role in the hospitality or food service industry preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Siliguri, manage shifts, and handle a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach.
- Basic understanding of inventory control, cost management, and daily reporting is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; a hospitality or management qualification is beneficial.
