Job Title: Restaurant Delivery Boy

Reports to: Delivery In charge

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Restaurant Delivery Boy to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering food orders to customers, managing take-away orders, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1- Collect orders from the restaurant and deliver them to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

2- Ensure orders are accurate and complete before leaving the restaurant.

3- Handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.

4- Manage take-away orders, ensuring timely preparation and packaging.

5- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to take-away orders.

6- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

7- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

8- Ensure the safety and security of the vehicle, customers, and colleagues.

9- Follow all traffic laws and regulations, and maintain a clean driving record.

10- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, take-away orders, and customer interactions.

11- Report any issues or concerns to the Delivery In charge.

Requirements:

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a delivery or customer-facing role.

3. Skills





- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and navigate stairs and uneven terrain.

1. Licenses and Certifications:

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Working Conditions:

1. Hours: Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
2. Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment, with frequent interaction with customers and colleagues.
3. Physical Demands: Frequent lifting, bending, and standing, with occasional exposure to extreme temperatures.
