Punjab Grill (Lite Bite Foods) at Inorbit Mall, Hyderabad is hiring an experienced Captain to join our restaurant floor team.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate service on the floor during shifts, ensuring smooth guest experience
- Guide and mentor stewards, delegate tasks, and maintain service standards
- Take guest orders, recommend menu items, and handle special requests
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely, accurate order delivery
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly
- Ensure hygiene, grooming, and service protocols are consistently followed
- Assist with table settings, reservations, and section management during peak hours

Requirements:





- 2-4 years of experience as a Captain or senior Steward in a full-service restaurant or F&B; brand
- Strong communication and guest-handling skills
- Ability to lead a small team and stay composed during high-volume service
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in a standalone restaurant or organized F&B; chain preferred
