NAbout the Role

n We are looking for a Researcher & Writer to develop accurate, engaging and content-ready information for NYC's YouTube, social media, courses, workshops and educational content.

N You will research relevant topics, turn information into clear and engaging content, and ensure that all facts, examples and references are accurate and reliable.

NKey Responsibilities

n Research technology, careers, industry trends and topics relevant to NYC's audience.

N Find credible data, examples, insights and references to support content.

N Convert research into scripts, outlines, briefs, hooks and talking points.

N Write clear, engaging and easy-to-understand content while maintaining accuracy.

N Work with Content Strategists, instructors, creators and editors to strengthen content ideas.

N Fact-check content and verify claims,



examples and references before publishing.

N Maintain a structured research and content repository for future use.

N Stay updated with emerging trends in technology, careers and the job market.

NWhat We're Looking For

N 2–5 years of experience in Content Writing, Research, Journalism, Editorial or Educational Content.

N Excellent research, writingand fact-checking skills.

N Strong curiosity about technology, careers and the changing job market.

N Ability to simplify complextopics without compromising accuracy.

N Strong attention to detail and ability to work with credible sources.

N Good understanding of content formats for YouTube, social media and digital platforms.

N Experience in EdTech, YouTube, social media or digital media is preferred.
