Role Description

Research Writer – Hindi and Gujarati Language is a part-time remote role focused on conducting academic research and developing high-quality research-based content in the Hindi and Gujarati language.

The selected candidate will be responsible for researching academic topics, collecting and analysing information from reliable sources, and converting research findings into explicit, structured, and academically appropriate Gujarati content.

Key responsibilities will include preparing research-based articles, academic notes, literature reviews, research summaries, reference materials, and other educational content in Gujarati. The writer will also review and refine existing content for accuracy, language quality, structure, and consistency.

The role requires the ability to understand English-language research sources and accurately interpret, adapt, and present the information in Gujarati while maintaining the original meaning and academic context.

The Research Writer will work closely with the academic and research team to understand requirements, incorporate feedback, maintain content quality, and complete assigned work within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct structured research using reliable academic and online sources.

- Prepare research-based content in Gujarati on assigned academic and educational topics.

- Read and understand research papers, articles, reports,



and other English-language sources.

- Convert and adapt research findings into clear and academically appropriate Gujarati.

- Prepare research summaries, academic notes, literature reviews, reference content, and related materials.

- Organise information logically with appropriate headings, references, and structure.

- Review content for factual accuracy, grammar, language quality, and consistency.

- Make revisions based on feedback from the academic/research team.

- Maintain originality and avoid unnecessary duplication or plagiarism.

- Complete assigned research and writing tasks within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

- Excellent Hindi and Gujarati writing skills with strong command of Gujarati grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure.

- Strong Research Writing and Academic Writing skills.

- Ability to conduct online and academic research and identify relevant information from reliable sources.

- Good Research and Analytical Skills with the ability to understand, organise, and summarise complex information.

- Ability to understand English research papers, articles, journals, and other academic sources and present the information accurately in Gujarati.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

- Good communication and ability to understand research requirements and feedback.

- Ability to work independently in a part-time remote environment and meet deadlines.

- Familiarity with academic research, research methodology, thesis/dissertation, literature review, or scholarly writing will be an advantage.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Arts, Education, Humanities, Social Sciences, Journalism, Languages, or a related discipline is preferred.
