About the Role

We are looking for a Research Analyst Intern to join our on-site team in Raipur. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in research, academic writing, data analysis, and information gathering.

The intern will work on real-world research projects, assist in preparing research documents and reports, analyze qualitative and quantitative information, and collaborate with our research and editorial teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and gather relevant academic and industry sources.
- Conduct primary and secondary research based on project requirements.
- Analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
- Prepare research reports, academic papers, proposals, and other research documentation.
- Apply appropriate research methodologies to assigned projects.
- Follow citation and referencing styles such as APA, MLA, Chicago, Harvard , etc.
- Use tools such as MS Excel, SPSS, Python ,



or other relevant research and analysis tools where applicable.
- Prepare charts, tables, presentations, and research summaries.
- Verify sources and ensure the accuracy and reliability of collected information.
- Maintain proper documentation and organization of research materials.
- Ensure originality and adherence to academic and professional research standards.
- Collaborate with writing, research, and editorial teams to complete projects within deadlines.
- Participate in feedback and review sessions and make revisions when required.
- Stay updated with research methodologies, academic trends, analytical tools, and best practices.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Humanities, Social Sciences, Business, Economics, Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good understanding of research methodologies and academic writing.
- Familiarity with citation and referencing styles is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint .
- Ability to search, evaluate, organize, and interpret information effectively.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Prior experience in research, academic writing, content writing, or data analysis is an advantage.

- Knowledge of Zotero or Mendeley .
- Familiarity with SPSS, Python, or other data-analysis tools .
- Experience with academic databases and research platforms.
- Understanding of plagiarism detection and academic integrity.
- Experience preparing research presentations and data visualizations.
