We are looking for an analytical and curious AI Researcher to join our team in Prayagraj. You will explore AI methods, run experiments, and turn research findings into practical solutions for real business problems.

Role: AI Researcher

Location: Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

- Review research papers and identify methods relevant to our projects.
- Design and conduct experiments involving machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI.
- Develop and evaluate models, prototypes, and AI-powered solutions.
- Prepare datasets and check their quality and suitability for experiments.
- Compare approaches using clear benchmarks for accuracy, reliability, speed, and cost.
- Document methods, findings, limitations, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with developers and business teams to apply research findings.
- Follow responsible practices for data privacy and AI evaluation.

Required Skills:
- Robust understanding of machine learning fundamentals and model evaluation.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Working knowledge of statistics, probability, and linear algebra.




- Ability to read research papers and implement ideas through code.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to organise experiments and produce reproducible results.

Good to Have:
- Experience with large language models, NLP, computer vision, or retrieval-augmented generation.
- Familiarity with fine-tuning, embeddings, and AI evaluation methods.
- Research publications, open-source contributions, or relevant project experience.
- Experience using cloud platforms and GPUs for experimentation.
