- Research And Development of Nutraceuticals / Health Supplements / Dietary Supplements / Instant Premixes.

- Overlook NPD & regulatory requirements of all products.

- Developing testing schedules & implementation as per schedule.

- Responsible for Regulatory requirements of FSSAI & External audits.

- Develop strategies to improve the production process.

- Coordination with all customers for current product developments & regulatory requirements.

- Make sure whether the product goes through auditing and testing

- Responsible for record keeping and documentation as per FSSAI rules & regulations & Ayush.

- Take a look at customer complaints, implementation of CAPA, plan strategies to achieve zero defect product.

- Ensure that appropriate records are maintained and that a well-documented tracking and recall program exists.





- Make sure whether all the legal standards are met and review thoroughly the existing policies and standards

- Formulate timely reports and documentation to track progress.

- Make documentation of internal audits and quality assurance activities.

- Active participant of team for implementation of FSSC 22000, HACCP, VACCP, WHO-GMP, GHP.

- Eyeing on the objectives to maximize the profitability of the organization.

- Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and management.

- Must have superior organizational and time management skills.

- Responsible for maintaining secrecy of all formulation & research and development work.
