Ytiliga Private Limited, a New Delhi-headquartered specialty pharmaceutical and nutraceutical company, invites applications for a Research Analyst Product Development to support formulation, evaluation and commercialisation of nutraceutical products.

Essential Qualification:

M.Sc. / M.Tech in Food Science & Nutrition / Nutrition & Dietetics / Biochemistry / Food Technology / Food Engineering.

Desired Qualification:

Experience in product development, food analysis, sensory evaluation, packaging and shelf-life studies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support formulation and stability/shelf-life studies for new nutraceutical products.
- Conduct scientific literature reviews and prepare technical dossiers and product monographs.
- Assist with FSSAI/regulatory documentation, label claims and substantiation.
- Coordinate analytical and stability testing with the manufacturing partner and external laboratories.
- Prepare scientific inputs for marketing materials and field-force training.

Work Location: Lucknow, with occasional travel to New Delhi and the manufacturing partner's facility as required. Duration: Full time, permanent.
