Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst / Senior Research Analyst with experience in online research, eCommerce research, social media research, and brand protection. The ideal candidate should be capable of identifying online infringements, suspicious sellers, counterfeit listings, and analyzing information from multiple online and public sources.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct web and online research across multiple sources and platforms.

Perform eCommerce marketplace research and monitor online sellers/listings.

Conduct social media research to identify potential infringements and suspicious activities.

Research IP rights, brand protection, counterfeit products, and online infringements.

Conduct secondary research and data mining using online/publicly available sources.

Identify suspicious sellers, counterfeit listings, and potential online infringements.

Collect, validate, organize, and maintain structured datasets.

Analyze research findings and prepare accurate reports.

Use MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining research databases.





Analyze information from multiple sources and identify relevant patterns or insights.

Support marketplace monitoring, seller investigation, and digital/content protection activities.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of relevant research experience.

Hands-on experience in Web / Online Research.

Experience in eCommerce marketplace research.

Experience in Social Media Research.

Exposure to IP Rights, Brand Protection, or Counterfeit Research.

Strong experience in Secondary Research and Data Mining.

Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, including data handling and analysis.

Ability to identify suspicious sellers, counterfeit listings, and online infringements.

Experience in preparing structured datasets and research reports.

Strong analytical, observation, and information-gathering skills.

Ability to work with information collected from multiple online/public sources.
