About the Role
EMeRG is seeking a curious, analytical, and research-oriented Research Analyst to support healthcare and medical technology consulting engagements through evidence-based research and insight generation.
This role provides an opportunity to work across healthcare intelligence, med-tech research, and consulting projects, supporting strategic assignments for medical device and healthcare clients.
The Research Analyst will contribute to research execution, data interpretation, and insight development while building strong analytical, consulting, and communication capabilities within a collaborative and mentorship-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Research & Market Intelligence Support
- Understand and support research requirements defined by project teams and senior leadership
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and secondary research across healthcare and med-tech domains, including:
- Medical devices
- Digital healthcare
- Therapeutic areas
- Care pathways
- Clinical and patient journeys
- Healthcare market and industry trends
- Gather, organize, and validate information from credible healthcare, clinical, commercial, and industry sources.
- Support structured market and competitive intelligence activities aligned to project objectives.
- Insight Development & Analysis
- Assimilate and categorize research findings to identify emerging trends, patterns, and strategic implications
- Work closely with mentors and project teams to interpret data and strengthen analytical outputs
- Translate research findings into meaningful business and market insight
- Support synthesis of qualitative and quantitative evidence to develop well-rounded consulting narratives
- Primary Research & Stakeholder Interaction
- Support and participate in primary research engagements with:
- Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Physicians
- Hospital stakeholders
- Medical device and healthcare industry professionals
- Assist with discussion guide preparation, stakeholder coordination, and interview logistics
- Transcribe interviews and support generation of qualitative insight from primary interactions
- Maintain high standards of research accuracy, documentation, and confidentiality
- Quantitative & Analytical Support
- Utilize quantitative findings from EMeRG’s research initiatives to support and augment qualitative insight
- Support application and interpretation of relevant analytical methodologies including:
- Conjoint Analysis
- Gabor-Granger
- Price Sensitivity Meter (PSM)
- Segmentation and pricing approaches where applicable
- Assist project teams in integrating quantitative outputs into broader strategic analyses
- Consulting Deliverables & Storytelling
- Develop structured PowerPoint presentations and consulting-style deliverables using business storytelling methodologies
- Support preparation of research reports and executive-ready presentations
- Contribute to development of insight-led deliverables including:
- Competitor profiling
- Market analysis
- Industry assessments
- Marketing strategy evaluations
- Commercial and competitive intelligence studies
- Ensure deliverables are clear, visually compelling, and aligned with EMeRG quality standards
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
