We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Relationship Managers / Sales Executives to join our automobile showroom sales team. The role involves handling customer enquiries, understanding their vehicle requirements, explaining product features and benefits, conducting test drives, and converting enquiries into vehicle sales. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities -

Attend and respond to showroom and online customer enquiries.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.

Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing and offers.

Arrange and coordinate test drives for customers.

Follow up with prospective customers through calls and messages.

Generate new sales leads through referrals, customer follow-ups and local activities.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories and delivery teams.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records.





Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Participate in showroom events, promotional activities and marketing campaigns.

Candidate Profile - Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. -

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-friendly and positive attitude.
- Strong interest in automobile sales and customer service.
- Willingness to work towards sales targets.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Tamil and English.
- Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones.
- Two-wheeler licence and own vehicle will be an added advantage.
