- Source and map Raipur-area architects/interiors for product potential. Profile each account (suppliers, pricing, leverage, payment terms, reputation).
- Building relationships with key decision drivers (Purchase Managers, Owners) & their contractors to ensure smooth workflow - maintain rapid feedback/resolution loop.
- Ensuring timely meetings and effective service for complaints and issues, thus providing 95% NOR.
- Coordinate ops, marketing, and technical for delivery, service, & collections. Driving personalized delight retention programs for interiors & builders.
- Run quarterly market potential and competitor mapping.

IDEAL PERSONA

- Experience of working with interiors/architects. Resourceful & well-networked with people in Raipur, Durg & other prominent districts of CG.
- Proficiency in Google Suite + Excellent hold in English & Hindi. (speaking + writing)
- Experience in B2B Sales, specifically non-trade (Construction chemicals, Paints, elevators, cement, similar mix chemicals/ cementitious products & alike are a plus)
