Telecaller - Dee Pet Services

Job Role
- Calling potential and existing customers
- Explaining our pet care services and products
- Handling customer queries and follow-ups
- Maintaining customer records and call details
- Coordinating with the internal team for bookings and support
- Converting leads into successful bookings/sales
- Following up with clients through calls and WhatsApp

Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
- Polite and professional behaviour
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to convince and interact with customers
- Prior telecalling/customer support experience is preferred
- Love for pets is a bonus
