We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Service Management

In this role, you will:
- Play the role for a DevOps Service engineer to work on the Site reliability and engineering POD to manage the production estate for the APIs.




- The role provides prospect to investigate complicated production issues impacting our customers globally with visibility of systems across the bank and involves not only production triage but also avenues to improve the overall service recovery and stability for our APIs. Tooling and automation will be added bonus in this role.
- Be owner for independently running the Production Support team for Digital Systems.
- Be willing to work in shifts and be on “On call ROTA”.
- Responsible of platform activities, incident, problem management and production support processes of tickets and defect management.
- Responsible for REST API and DevOps automated CI/CD pipeline and deployments
- Knowledge and hands on work in Splunk and AppDynamics will be a great asset.
- This role will also contain automation related tasks and deployment

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Experience in Java Web services SOAP/REST, JSON
- Software Production support analyst with willingness to take occasional code fixes
- Knowledge about CICD P
