Key Responsibilities:
Daily cleaning and upkeep of the office premises including floors, furniture, glass, pantry.
Ensure cleanliness is maintained throughout working hours.
Maintain and organize office supplies, stationery, and pantry items.
Assist in basic maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs or reporting faults to the concerned department.
Maintain accurate logs for incoming and outgoing documents, parcels, and couriers.
Handle internal document movement between departments.
Maintain the visitors' entry register with date, time, and purpose of visit.
Tea/Coffee & Refreshments:
Serve tea/coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and guests. (We have coffee machine)
Maintain cleanliness in the pantry area.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
