Qualifications
- Manage the showroom.
- Manage all aspects of merchandising, ordering, cash control, inventory management, and maintenance.
- Manage the opening and closing processes for the showroom.
- Oversee sales floor operations, help clients, and respond to client inquiries.
- Create daily sales reports using data input,
and create sales and promotional strategies on a regular basis using weekly and monthly data.
- Motivate sales representatives to create and carry out unique events and promotions.
- Implementing new processes and procedures to increase team efficiency.
- Planned to make maximum offers to customers for higher sales conversion rates.
Location: Western line and South Mumbai.
Salary: 20K to 25K (Depends on interview & last drawn salary) + Yearly Advantages
