Position: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a skilled and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable watch collections.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and after-sales support.
- Maintain showroom presentation, grooming, and brand standards.
- Achieve sales targets and support store operations.
- Coordinate with team members for smooth customer handling.
- Maintain customer database and feedback records.

Requirements:
- Good English communication skills.




- Presentable personality with professional grooming.
- Customer-focused attitude and positive behavior.
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
- Smart, confident, and energetic personality.
- Passion for watches, fashion, and premium retail.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
