Key Responsibilities
- Manage lead generation and follow-up activities
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations
- Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for smooth project communication
- Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of IT services and digital marketing
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Experience in sales coordination, business development, or customer handling preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
