Vibe IT Solutions is a technology company specializing in custom software development, cloud solutions, and generative AI. We build products using ReactJS, Angular, NodeJS, React Native, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. We're growing our Ranchi team and looking for a driven Software Sales Executive to own our client acquisition and revenue goals in the region.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new business clients for software development, cloud, and AI services.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and work with the technical team to propose relevant solutions.
- Present service offerings, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of B2B sales experience,



preferably in IT services or software products.
- Strong understanding of software development, cloud, or digital transformation concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).

Good to have
- Existing network of business contacts in Jharkhand / Eastern India.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Experience selling web/mobile app development or SaaS products.
