Key Responsibilities
- Conduct football coaching sessions for students across different age groups
- Plan and execute structured training programs
- Improve students’ technical, tactical, and physical performance
- Prepare school teams for inter-school tournaments and competitions
- Ensure discipline, sportsmanship, and safety during sessions
- Coordinate with school management regarding schedules and events
- Monitor player progress and provide performance feedback
Requirements:
- Valid Football Coaching License (mandatory)
- Prior experience coaching children or youth players
- Strong understanding of football drills, tactics, and fitness training
- Good communication and team management skills
- Ability to motivate and mentor young athletes
- Immediate joiners preferred
