Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to handle client communication, manage orders, and ensure high customer satisfaction in our jewellery manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact.
Coordinate with production and sales teams for timely order delivery
Handle inquiries, feedback, and resolve customer issues.
Maintain customer records and order details.
Requirements:
Graduate in any field 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
Salary: As per experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
