Job Summary:
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, develop new clients, and expand market presence across India in the jewellery manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across Pan India.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and clients.
- Travel extensively (approx. 20 days/month) for client meetings and market development.

Achieve sales targets and generate revenue growth.
Conduct market research and support business expansion strategies.

Requirements:
Graduate in any field.
Experience in jewellery/sales is preferred;
freshers with strong communication, convincing, and sales skills can also apply.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Salary: As per experience + incentives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
