Key Responsibilities:
- Start, operate, and shut down the steam boiler following standard operating

procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain steam pressure, water levels, and fuel supply within required limits.
- Adjust fuel, air, and water feed to optimize combustion efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols related to boiler operations, including emergency

shutdown procedures.
- Conduct safety checks on pressure gauges, safety valves, and burners.
- Perform routine inspections of the boiler, burners, feed water pumps, and

related equipment.
- Clean boiler tubes, burners, and fuel lines to maintain efficiency.
- Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance work with the maintenance

team.
- Handle fuel storage as required for boiler.
- Ensure productive fuel combustion to minimize wastage and emissions.
- Monitor ash disposal. Report any abnormalities, leaks,



or faults to the Boiler

Supervisor.
- Understanding of boiler systems, combustion principles, and steam

distribution.
- Ability to handle emergency shutdowns and fire safety procedures.
- Ability to monitor multiple parameters such as pressure, temperature, and

water levels.
- Ability to work in high-temperature environments and handle physically

demanding tasks.
- Coordination with maintenance and production teams to ensure smooth plant

operations.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:
- Steam Boiler: 2 years (preferred)
