We are a growing organization working with multiple leading banks for their Credit Card and Loan Recovery & Collectionprocesses. We operate across Maharashtra and Goa, with over 100+ employeesand offices in Pune.

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle collection and recoveryof overdue credit card and loan accounts.
- Follow up with customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Maintain and update collection records in Exceland other reporting formats.
- Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets.
- Coordinate with team leaders and managers regarding daily progress and challenges.




- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines during recovery.

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experiencein collection or recovery.
- Basic to intermediate MS Excel knowledgeis mandatory.
- DRA / Non DRA can Apply
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:
- 10k to 25k + performance-based incentives.

Walking Drive: Daily 11:00AM to 5:00PM,
