- Assist customers in finding the perfect shoe for their needs
- Help customers with sizing, fitting, and style selection
- Keep up to date on the latest fashion trends and styles
- Understand the features and benefits of all shoes in the store
- Provide honest and helpful advice to customers
- Upsell customers on additional items, such as socks, insoles, and laces




- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stock shelves and displays as needed
- Assist in training new employees
- Handle customer complaints in a polite and professional manner
- Providing customers with product knowledge regarding styles and materials used in various models of shoes
- Laying out shoes on shelves or tables according to size or style type
- Recommending styles and brands based on the customer’s preferences and needs
- Explaining how to care for shoes to ensure that they last a long time
- Providing information about new products or promotions to existing customers
