Social Media Manager & Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative, performance-driven, and passionate Social Media Manager & Performance Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in social media handling, paid advertising, and digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
- Plan monthly content calendars, captions, reel concepts, and campaign ideas
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
- Generate quality leads, reach, engagement, and conversions through paid campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and clients for smooth content execution
- Stay updated with social media trends, digital marketing updates, and competitor activities
- Support basic SEO activities including keyword research, content optimization, and website recommendations

Requirements:




- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies
- Good communication, coordination, and creative thinking skills
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing is an added advantage
- Ability to manage multiple brands/projects and meet deadlines efficiently
