We are currently seeking an experienced skilled to join our team in the role of Digital Subject Matter Expert - ServiceNow

In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with global process owners and key stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.
- Create Agile user stories based on these requirements, translating them into technical specifications and log them into the development backlog.




- Conduct gap analysis to assess current and future states.
- Design workflows, processes and solutions that can be implemented in ServiceNow and that meet business needs.
- Work with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to prioritise the backlog and manage sprint planning.
- Work the developers and architects to ensure the correct implementation of requirements. Improve User Experience of the ServiceNow platform
- Identify process, UI/UX and data improvements and work towards implementing these to completion. Provide product demonstrations to stakeholders and assist with training and communications.
- Overall responsibility for supervising a department or a business unit/area team or manages delivery for most complex assignments.Motivates matrix groups of peer stakeholders
- Drives success and delivery from the Global Procurement Architecture teamThought leadership on how the Global Procurement data architecture can solve business issues
