Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, inspection, and systematic storage of incoming materials (Raw Materials, Packaging Materials).
- Compliance: Ensure the warehouse and dispensing areas meet WHO-GMP and GDP guidelines, including proper temperature and humidity controls.
- Dispensing & Issuance: Dispense raw materials to production teams accurately while strictly following Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and FIFO/FEFO principles to prevent expiry.
- Quality Coordination: Collaborate with Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) for material sampling, quarantine, and release before issuing for production.
- Documentation & Audits: Generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), maintain bin cards, and execute regular physical-versus-system stock reconciliations.
- Safety & Security: Enforce safety protocols,



control restricted access areas, and ensure cleanliness.

Core Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/D.Pharm), Chemistry (B.Sc/M.Sc), or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience: Typically, 1 to 5 years in a pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Technical Skills: Solid proficiency in SAP, ERP, or specialized inventory management software.
