Work Location: RAJLAXMI COMPLEX, KAHLER, BHIWANDI
Responsibilities and Duties
- Review of enquires, sending an initial response to customers
- Coordinate with design, technical, production for artwork & sample approval
- Coordinating with customers for pre and post-dispatch formalities
- Act as point of contact for complaints and resolve/escalate issues as appropriate
- Follow up for payment as per agreed terms
- Robust negotiation skills and understanding of business principles

Pay: ₹27,887.16 - ₹32,562.54 per month
