About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager Publishing Systemsto join our books product team, Books Publishing Solutions.





In this role, you will own and evolve key product areas across the lifecycle from idea and proposal through to a published book. You will define what problems to solve and why, ensuring that our publishing systems and workflows create meaningful value for authors, editors, and the business.

Working at the intersection of editorial, production, and technology, you will ensure that decisions are grounded in validated user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility, while enabling efficient and scalable content creation.

Execution and technical implementation are delivered in close collaboration with engineering and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap across the lifecycle from idea and proposal through to a published book
- Define and continuously refine key problem spaces across the whole publishing journey
- Identify and validate user needs
