We are looking for a Visionary Realist - a CEO who can inspire confidence about the future while grounding every promise in facts and safety. You will lead the company's strategy, client trust, brand reputation, and operational growth. Your primary goal is to make Eternal Group the most trusted name in Dholera real estate investment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the company's 3-5 year growth plan for Dholera market.
- Identify recent land parcels, partnership opportunities, and emerging investment zones.
- Monitor government policies, infrastructure milestones (airport, expressway, semiconductor plant, etc), and adjust strategy accordingly.

2. Client Trust & Relationship Management
- Personally handle high-value client concerns, especially around RERA compliance and title clarity.
- Build systems to ensure every client receives transparent, timely updates on their investment.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.




- Develop pricing strategies based on current appreciation data and competitor analysis.
- Oversee lead generation through Meta ads, SEO, and referrals.

4. Brand & Communication
- Host monthly "On-the-Ground" video updates from Dholera sites.
- Write or approve all key client communications, proposals, and marketing collateral.
- Represent Eternal Group at real estate expos, NRI meetups, and industry events.

5. Operational Excellence
- Ensure all RERA documentation, agreements, and payment trails are audit-ready.
