We are looking for a creative and passionate Game Designer with experience in Puzzle, Match, Merge, Casual, or Hybrid Casual Games.
You will be responsible for designing engaging gameplay systems, levels, player progression, game economy, and live-ops features that improve player retention and monetization.

Responsibilities
- Design core gameplay mechanics for puzzle and casual games
- Create level design, progression systems, boosters, and difficulty balancing
- Prepare game design documents (GDDs), feature specs, and wireframes
- Work closely with artists, developers, and product teams
- Analyze competitor puzzle games and market trends
- Improve retention, engagement, and monetization systems
- Participate in gameplay testing and iteration cycles

Requirements:
- 1-4+ years of experience in mobile game design
- Experience working on Puzzle, Match-3, Merge, Tile, or Casual games
- Strong understanding of player psychology and game balancing




- Knowledge of retention metrics, economy systems, and live ops
- Experience with Figma, Google Sheets, or game balancing tools
- Positive communication and teamwork skills
- Portfolio or shipped game experience preferred

Bonus Skills
- Experience with Unity workflow
- Knowledge of FTUE, meta systems, and event design
- Understanding of ad monetization and IAP systems
- Experience with AI tools for game ideation or content generation

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
