Role Overview
- Manage daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor processes and implement operational improvements.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, HR, Finance, and IT departments.
- Resolve operational issues and escalations efficiently.

Team Handling & Leadership
- Supervise and guide junior operations staff.
- Assign tasks and monitor team productivity.
- Manage attendance, shift schedules, and leave records.
- Conduct team meetings and performance reviews.

Vendor Coordination
- Handle vendor communication, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Track purchase orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Maintain vendor records and evaluate vendor performance.
- Coordinate with Finance for timely invoice processing.

Customer Handling & CRM
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.




- Maintain CRM records and update customer interactions.
- Coordinate with Sales for onboarding and client support.
- Prepare customer reports and service summaries.

Data Management & MIS Reporting
- Maintain operational data and department records.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers in Excel.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely report submissions.
- Manage digital and physical documentation.
- Respond to client and internal queries within timelines.
- Follow up on approvals, quotations, and pending tasks.
- Maintain proper communication records.

Tally & Financial Coordination
- Manage entries related to invoices and purchase records in Tally ERP.
- Coordinate with Accounts for reconciliation and GST entries.
- Track vendor payments and receivables.
- Support audit and monthly closing activities.
