Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Operate the RFC machine as per production plan.
- Ensure proper bottle rinsing, filling, and capping during production.
- Check bottle fill level, cap sealing, leakage, and overall product quality.
- Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and smooth line running.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and GMP standards during production.
- Clean and sanitize the machine before and after production.
- Report machine issues, breakdowns, or abnormal sounds immediately.
- Coordinate with production, QC, and maintenance teams.
- Minimize product wastage, leakage, and bottle rejection.
- Maintain daily production records, downtime records, and cleaning records.




- Ensure proper handling of glass bottles and packaging material.
- Follow safety rules while operating the machine.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of beverage filling machines.
- Basic understanding of rinser, filler, and capper operations.
- Ability to identify leakage, low fill, high fill, and capping issues.
- Basic machine troubleshooting skills.
- Valuable discipline and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in production shifts.

Experience

1 to 3 years of experience in beverage, water, juice, soda, beer, kombucha, or FMCG filling line preferred.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma / 10th / 12th pass with relevant machine operation experience.
