As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at Expert IT Brains, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Bidding and Proposal Management:
- Utilize your expertise to bid on projects via freelancing websites such as Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Craft compelling proposals that effectively showcase our services, capabilities, and value proposition.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals and follow up as needed to maximize success rates.
- Customer Engagement:
- Effectively communicate our company's offerings, benefits, and solutions tailored to clients' needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on market analysis.
- Collaboration and Coordination:




- Collaborate with internal teams including project managers, developers, and designers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with the delivery team to align client expectations with project deliverables.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in bidding on freelancing websites like Upwork, Freelancer, etc., preferably in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
