Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Take and process guest room dining orders accurately
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for timely delivery
- Ensure high standards of food presentation and service
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special preferences professionally
- Supervise room service staff during shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in service areas
- Monitor billing and order records
- Upsell menu items and promote resort dining services
- Ensure guest satisfaction and follow hospitality standards

Eligibility
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality
- Experience in room service or F&B; service preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
