Key Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesLead Management & Engagement
- Execute strategic outbound calls to warm/corporate leads.
- Effectively manage incoming customer inquiries and follow-ups.

Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy,



and efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and quick resolution of client requirements.

Brand Representation
- Maintain a premium and professional image of Mighty Warner through polished communication and service excellence.

Data Management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and feedback in company systems.

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline preferred.

Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong listening, convincing, and interpersonal abilities.

Professional Competencies
- Positive attitude with customer-handling capability.
