Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Follow up on leads and pending sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams when required.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Required Skills:
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
- Ability to work under targets and pressure.
- Active listening and problem-solving skills.





Languages Preferred.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, Kanada, Malayalam, Telugu & Tamil.

Qualifications:
- Any Graduate / PUC / Diploma.
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support is preferred.

Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales Clinic (Skin & Hair) Preferably.
