ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:




Talent Development - Planning and Formulation
- Propose and develop recent employee development and talent management initiatives / programs.
- Develop long and short-term employee development and talent management strategies and plans.
- Conduct Training Needs Identification and Training Needs Analysis.
- Contribute in development, revision, and evaluation of training course content.
- Conducting and coordinating induction programs at various levels.
- Create, maintain and handle training MIS for your designated unit/zone.
- Ensure learning interventions are high impact and engaging as per learners group needs.
- Measure effectiveness and business impact of the programs delivered.

- Meet with the HOD’s and team members to identify training needs for training and development solutions.
