Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Mohali, Sec 74, Victory Tower

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations

Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Coordinate with the marketing and support teams for smooth operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Valuable knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

Basic understanding of CRM tools and MS Office

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Experience:
Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in sales or a similar role

Salary:
As per company standards + incentives
