Key Responsibilities
- Brand Ambassadorship: Embody and project the premium identity of Simple Energy. Ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to innovation and excellence.
- Sales Leadership: Drive the sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets while maintaining the highest conversion ratios in the segment.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring competitors (Ather, Ola, TVS) and positioning our products as the superior choice.
- Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day showroom operations, including inventory, test ride coordination,
and RTO/Vahan documentation.
- Customer Experience: Elevate the "walk-in" experience, ensuring every visitor receives a world-class demonstration of our technology and performance.
- EV Enthusiast: You don't just know about EVs; you follow the tech, the trends, and the future of the industry.
- Driven Leader: Proven experience in managing high-performance teams in retail or automotive sectors.
- Articulate Communicator: Capable of simplifying complex technical specs into compelling value propositions for customers.
