Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong communication with prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the Business Development team
- Track lead status and maintain accurate records in the system
- Convert potential inquiries into qualified business opportunities
- Ensure timely response to client queries and provide relevant information
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead closure
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly lead follow-up reports
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities
- Positive follow-up and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of lead management and B2B sales process
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- MBA preferred:
- Experience in lead generation, sales support, or business development will be an added advantage
